I stayed here with my partner for one nights nd would definitely recommend it. The place was very comfortable, clean, organised, and the food was fantastic. The beach is clean (sadly not too common), and there was security which makes one feel safe. I was impressed with the service, punctuality and politeness, which of course is reciprocated. We had some initial issues with getting my card working, but the staff were very helpful and it was resolved swiftly.

I spent four nights at Charlestina, and I can truly say that they have been my best in Ghana so far. The hotel grounds are dotted with handsome little bungalows around an incredibly well-maintained swimming pool. The staff were highly accommodating and a big shout out to reception Janet who efficiently helped me with all my queries and needs, ranging from assisting me get there on public transport with accurate directions/instructions, to organizing a local driver and sorting out my laundry. Thank you Janet!! The beach setting of Charlestina is also idyllic - a perfect escape from the frenetic buzz of Accra. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Ghana!

Ghana is such a great country with so many cultural and geographical delights. Charlestina Resort is a little jewel on the beach perfectly situated close enough to Elmina Castle, Cape Coast Castle, and other sites in the region. Our family of four stayed over New Years in a lovely cottage on the property. Clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and the service is top notch. The property is on the beach. It isn’t the loveliest beach in the world but it was fun for wave jumping and seeing the fishing boats. The restaurant was tasty. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Christina and Charles. The resort is clearly a labor of love and the results show it. Highly recommended.

Charlestina is a lovely place. The rooms are clean, the environment is lovely and it's right on the beach. The staff are welcoming too. The breakfast is also delicious. It's a good spot if you're looking to escape the loud city life. I'll recommend it any day.
